At Purity Filters, Inc., we stand behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund policy below to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

 

Eligibility for Refunds

We accept refund or exchange requests under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • The request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • A valid proof of purchase or order number is provided.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able to offer a full refund or exchange unless the product is proven to be defective.

 

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Custom or made-to-order filtration products

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or customer error

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Products returned without prior authorization

 

Return & Refund Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@purityfilters.com with the following:

  • Order number or invoice

  • Description of the issue or reason for return

  • Photos if the item is damaged or defective

Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

 

Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, email us at info@purityfiltersinc.com.

 

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error.
